Winnebago County Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Winnebago County Housing Authority (WCHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.

There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the WCHA Housing Program page here, and click on a property. Phone number and email contact information can be found on the property page.
2. Complete the online application.
