The St. Cloud Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from December 4, 2023 at 8:00 am, until December 8, 2023 at 4:30 pm CT. This is the first time the waiting list will be open since May, 2022

The maximum income limits for each household size are available here

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• 90% of applicants selected will need to meet HRA preference requirements, in which they live, work or are attending school full-time in the city limits of St. Cloud or the counties of Benton, Sherburne or Wright. 10% of application selected will be nonpreference

1,500 applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences
