This waiting list is for Other Project Based rental housing assistance in Wayne, Holmes, and Ashland County, Ohio

The Wayne Metropolitan Housing Authority (WMHA) is accepting Interfaith Properties waiting list applications from June 1, 2024, until August 31, 2024. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in March, 2023

This waiting list is for the following:

• Interfaith Properties has 16 units scattered around the City of Wooster. Included are 10 three to four bedroom single family homes and 3 one to three bedroom duplexes

Selection Process

It is not yet known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list

Application Method

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the application at the WMHA main office, located at 345 N Market St, Wooster, OH 44691, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday
