Sunrise Senior Apartments Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

This waiting list is for Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Hollister, California.

The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Cruz (HACSC) Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at Sunrise Senior Apartments is closed.

The HACSC last accepted applications for this waiting list from October 10, 2022, until further notice. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were six ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Print the paper application.
3. Pick up the paper applications from any of the following locations:
   • Sunrise Senior Apartments
   • Hollister Senior Center
   • CHISPA’s Main Office
   • The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Cruz
4. Call the HACSC to request an application.
5. Send a fax to the HACSC.
6. Send an email to the HACSC.

Once the application was completed, it was either:

1. Mailed to the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Cruz.
2. Faxed to the HACSC.
3. Dropped off at the Housing Authority lobby.
4. Emailed to the HACSC.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery. Applications received after October 24, 2022 at 5:00 pm, were added to the waiting list based on date and time.
