Manchester Housing Authority Senior and Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

This waiting list is for Senior and Disabled Public Housing rental housing assistance in Manchester, Connecticut.

The Manchester Housing Authority (MHA) waiting list for Elderly (62+)/Disabled Public Housing apartments is currently closed.

The MHA accepted applications for this waiting list from October 14, 2024 at 9:00 am ET, until October 18, 2024 at 2PM.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Pick up a paper application at the MHA office, located at 24 Bluefield Drive, Manchester, CT 06040.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Dropped off to the MHA office, either in person or in the drop box at the address above.
2. Mailed to the MHA office at the address above.
3. Faxed to the MHA office. A fax number is not available on the public notice, or the MHA website.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

400 selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
