Vigo County, Indiana Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

This waiting list is for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental housing assistance in Vigo County, Indiana.

The Terre Haute Housing Authority (THHA) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed open date of May 30, 2023, until June 30, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the THHA notice "THHA will cease handing out HCV applications on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at 4:00pm."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to pick up an application in person at the THHA office.

Once the paper application was completed, it was to be: Returned to the THHA office.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
