This waiting list is for Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Baltimore County, Maryland.

The Baltimore County Office of Housing (BCOH) Senior Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at Tabco Towers is open.

The BCOH is accepting applications for this waiting list from March 25, 2020 at 12:00 am ET, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences: 

• Live, work or have been hired to work in Baltimore County.
• The head of household has been terminated from the County’s Housing Choice Voucher Program due to insufficient program funding.
• The head of household is displaced either due to acquisition or demolition of their unit by Baltimore County Government, or in conjunction with County redevelopment efforts.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
