Long Branch, New Jersey Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Long Branch Housing Authority (LBHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from October 21, 2019, until October 23, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Household income limits were as follows:

1 Person: $21,500 | 5 Persons: $33,200

2 Persons: $24,600 | 6 Persons: $35,650

3 Persons: $27,650 | 7 Persons: $39,010

4 Persons: $30,700 | 8 persons: $43,430

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Involuntary Displacement
• Victims of Domestic Violence
• Working/elderly/Disabled
• Within each category, priority placement is given to Long Branch Residents and Veterans.

It is not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
