This waiting list is for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental housing assistance in Steuben, Schuyler and Chemung Counties.

The Arbor Housing and Development Agency has closed the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list for Steuben, Schuyler and Chemung counties effective Thursday, January 2, 2025.The waiting list had been open indefinitely prior to this closing. The housing authority noted the closure was in compliance with HUD regulations and the NYS Homes Admin Plan.
