San Marcos Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

This waiting list is for Public Housing rental housing assistance in San Marcos, Texas.

The San Marcos Housing Authority (SMHA) is accepting Public Housing waiting list for 3, 4 and 5-Bedroom apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of as of June, 2017, until further notice. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Print the paper application.
2. Call the SMHA to request an application my mail.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Applicants who live or work in Hays County. 

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
