This waiting list is for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental housing assistance in Bennington, Vermont.

The Bennington Housing Authority (BHA) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from an unconfirmed open date, until December 15, 2023. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were two ways to apply while the waiting list was open:

1. Request an application be mailed to you by calling the BHA.
2. Pick up an application from the BHA.

Once the application was completed, it was mailed or hand delivered to the BHA.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• live and/or work in Bennington, living in substandard living conditions, or rent burden.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
