Grandview, Pineview and Timber Hill Apartments Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Everett, Washington.

The Everett Housing Authority (EHA) last accepted Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for apartments at Grandview, Pineview and Timber Hill Apartments from April 1, 2024, until April 26, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties and units:

• Grandview Homes – 3, 4 and 6-Bedroom units.
• Pineview Homes – 4-Bedroom units.
• Timber Hill Apartments – 2-Bedroom units.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were requires to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received.
