Appleton Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Appleton Housing Authority (AHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled households.The CAHA offers 48 Scattered Site Public Housing units for senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 5 bedrooms.There are three ways to apply:

1. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (920) 739-6811 from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm CT, Monday-Thursday.
2. Download the scattered site pre-application here.
3. Visit the CAHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 925 W. Northland Ave., Appleton, WI 54914, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.No documents are needed at this time.The CAHA does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: Live/work/attend school in Appleton, rent burdened, displaced by government action, displaced by natural disaster, victim of domestic violence.For more information, visit the CAHA website, or call the office at (920) 739-6811 from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.
