6. Ultimatum: Eviction

The eviction process is basically the same in every state. The landlord talks with the tenant to work out a resolution. If it doesn't work, then a formal notice is given to the tenant. Then the two sides will go to the court. If the case is ruled in favor of the landlord, the tenant must leave the property.
