The Villas at Titusville Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the Birmingham District (HABD) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at The Villas at Titusville is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from November 22, 2019, until December 6, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to open and print the paper application online. 

Once the application was completed, it must have been postmarked no later than December 6, 2019, and mailed to the HABD.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Involuntary Displaced, 10 points
  • (due to disaster or government action)
• Working Family, 7 points
• Elderly (62+) or Disabled, 7 points
• Victims of Domestic Violence, 5 points
• Homeless, 5 points

It is not known how selected applicants were placed on the waiting list, weighed by order of preferences.
