Spring Gardens Apartments Near-Elderly Waiting List

The Jefferson County Housing Authority (JCHA) Near-Elderly waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at Spring Gardens Apartments is closed. 

The JCHA last accepted applications for this waiting list on November 30, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: Applicants must be at least 55 years of age or older to apply to this waiting list.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to print the paper application.

Once the application was completed, it was dropped off at the JCHD Housing And Development Corp. office.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
