• Displaced Due to MHB Repositioning Activity
• Displaced Due to Natural Disaster or Federally Declared Disaster Areas
• Displaced Due to Federal HCV Funding Shortfall.
• Elderly and Disabled

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.

The waiting list closed after 1,000 applications were received.
