Eligibility

The MCHA Communities, LLC (MCHA) Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list for 2 bedroom units is currently open, from April 26, 2019, until further notice.

To apply, complete the application at the MCHA office, located at 111 Parker Drive, Midland City, Alabama 36350, from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm, Monday through Thursday; and Friday, 8:00 am until 11:00 am CT.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants are placed on the waiting list.
