Renaissance Gardens Public Housing Waiting List

The Mobile Housing Board (MHB) Public Housing waiting list for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Renaissance Gardens is currently closed. Applications were last accepted on May 3, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Elderly/Disabled Person
• FSS Participant
• Homeless Persons
• Involuntary Displacement: Displaced due to government, city, or MHB action (does not include lease termination or eviction) or displaced due to a federally declared disaster and is a current Public Housing or Housing Choice Voucher participant in another jurisdiction. Written verification required.
• Live or Work in Mobile
• Substandard Housing/Overcrowded
• Victim Of Domestic Violence

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
