The Mobile Housing Authority Senior Living waiting list for apartments at Central Plaza Towers and Downtown Renaissance is currently closed. Applications were last accepted since at least April 2021, until an unconfirmed close date in 2022.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
