Waldron Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

Waldron Housing Authority (WHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior disabled households.The WHA offers one Public Housing community with 91 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 3 bedrooms.Please note: This waiting list has preferences. This means that applicants who qualify for these preferences will receive assistance before applicants who do not. Because of there preferences, it is likely applicants who do qualify will have a long wait to receive assistance, or will not receive assistance from this office.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the WHA office to pick up a pre-application, located at 1192 Shipley Cir. Dr., Waldron, AR 72958, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (479) 637-3864, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The WHA does have a preference for: Elderly and Working families.For more information, call the WHA office at (479) 637-3864 from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
