General Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino (HACSB) General Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list is currently open, since at least December 28, 2018, until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.

There are two ways to apply:

1. Download and print the application online here. Scroll down to the "Affordable Housing and Project Based Communities" section, and select the application link for a community with an open waiting list. Applications are available in English and Spanish.
2. Call (909) 890-9533.

Once the application has been completed, it must be mailed to the address listed on the top of the application.

Applicants who need help completing the application due to disability can make a reasonable accommodation request to the housing authority via mailing a letter to Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino, P.O. Box 1787, San Bernardino, CA 92402.
