Walnut Place Near-Elderly Section 8 Communities Waiting List

The Boulder Housing Partners (BHP) Near-Elderly Section 8 Community waiting list for Studio and 1-Bedroom apartments at Walnut Place is closed.

BHP last accepted applications for this waiting list from September 28, 2021, until September 30, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to BHP, "Walnut Place offers studio and 1-bedroom apartment homes for adults age 55+. "

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were listed on the public notice.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Living in Boulder County 
• Households with an adult who works at least 20 hours per week within Boulder County
• Households with an adult who attends school full-time within Boulder County 
• Households with an adult child or parent who resides in Boulder County

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
