Manhattan and Northpoint, Studios and 1-Bedroom Other Senior and Disabled Waiting List

This waiting list is for Other Senior and Disabled rental housing assistance in Boulder County, Colorado.

The Boulder Housing Partners (BHP) last accepted Deeply Affordable Program waiting list applications for Studio and 1-Bedroom apartments at Manhattan and Northpoint apartments from July 5, 2023, until July 10, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• Manhattan located at 660 Manhattan Drive, 1-Bedroom units.
• Northpoint located at 1133 Portland Place, Studio and 1-Bedroom units.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Income limits could be found here.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Adults aged 62+
• Person with disabilities currently living or working in Boulder County.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
