Heron Estates, 1-Bedroom, Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The West Palm Beach Housing Authority (WPBHA) waiting list for 1-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher apartments at Heron Estates Senior Building is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from August 23, 2019, until September 20, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Heron Estates Senior Building, is located at 2014 West 17th Court, Riviera Beach, (Between Blue Heron Blvd and Martin Luther King Blvd).

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences: Live or work in the City of Riviera Beach.

It is not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
