Housing Authority of the City of Baxley Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Baxley (HACB) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACB offers three Public Housing communities with 158 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the HACB to pick up an application, located at 94 Highland Drive, Baxley, GA 31513, during normal office hours.
2. Request to have an application mailed to you by calling (912) 367-2572 during normal office hours.

Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above during normal office hours.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The HACB does have preferences and they can be found on the last page of the application.For more information, the HACB can be reached by calling (912) 367-2572 during normal office hours.
