Housing Authority of the City of Cochran Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Cochran (HACC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACC offers one Public Housing community with 115 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the HACC to pick up an application, located at 172 Limestone Rd., Cochran, GA 31014, from 8:00 am until 5:30 pm EDT, Monday-Thursday.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm on Mondays and Tuesdays.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The HACC does have a preference for working families and seniors.For more information, the HACC can be reached by calling (478) 934-6374 from 8:00 am until 5:30 pm, Monday-Thursday.
