Housing Authority of the City of Dawson Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Dawson (HACD) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACD offers one Public Housing community with 116 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the HACD to submit an application in person, located at 553 Lemon St. NE, Dawson, GA 39842, from 9:00 am until 4:30 pm EDT on the second and third Thursday of each month.Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The HACD does not have a preference. Qualified applicants will be placed by date and time the application is received.For more information, the HACD can be reached by calling (229) 995-2675 during normal office hours.
