Housing Authority of the City of Hogansville Public Housing Waiting List

Please note: The Housing Authority of the City of Hogansville also administers its Public Housing waiting list for the Housing Authority of the City of Grantville.The Housing Authority of the City of Hogansville (HACH) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACH offers one Public Housing community with 114 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the HACH to pick up an application, located at 200 W Boyd Rd, Hogansville, GA 30230, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The HACH does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: live and/or work in Hogansville or Grantville, displaced by natural disaster, displaced by government action, working family, or homeless.For more information, the HACH can be reached by calling (706) 637-8153, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
