Housing Authority of the City of Sparta Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Sparta (HACS) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACS offers one Public Housing community with 24 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the HACS to pick up an application, located at 800 Dyer Dr, Sparta, GA 31087, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Wednesday, and from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm, on Thursday.Once the application has been completed it must be hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The HACS does not have a preference.
