Housing Authority of the City of Sylvester Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Sylvester (HACS) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACS offers two Public Housing communities with 260 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the HACS to pick up an application, located at 411 N Jefferson Street, Sylvester, GA 31791, from 7:00 am until 4:30 pm EDT, Monday-Thursday.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, between the hours listed above, Monday-Thursday.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The HACS does have a preference for working families.For more information, the HACS can be reached by calling (229) 776-7621 from 7:00 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Thursday.
