Housing Authority of the City of Toccoa Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Toccoa (HACT) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the HACT to pick up an application, located at 437 S Pond St., Toccoa, GA 30577, from 7:30 am until 5:30 pm, Monday-Thursday.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above from 7:30 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The HACT does have a preference for applicants that live and/or work in Toccoa.For more information, the HACT can be reached by calling (706) 886-9455 from 7:30 am until 5:30 pm, Monday-Thursday.
