Northeast Georgia Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

Please note: The Northeast Georgia Housing Authority covers Clarkesville, Cleveland, Cornelia, Helen, Homer, and Toccoa, GA.The Northeast Georgia Housing Authority (NGHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the NGHA to pick up an application, located at 437 S Pond St., Toccoa, GA 30577, from 7:30 am until 5:30 pm, Monday-Thursday.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 7:30 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The NGHA does have a preference for applicants that live and/or work in Toccoa.For more information, the NGHA can be reached by calling (706) 886-9455, from 7:30 am until 5:30 pm, Monday-Thursday.
