AMP Site 1 Public Housing Waiting List

This waiting list is for Public Housing rental housing assistance in Guam, Guam.

The Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority (GHURA) last accepted Public Housing waiting list applications for AMP Site 1 apartments from April 3, 2023, until November 30, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

• AMP 1 Site units are located in the following villages:
  • Mongmong (2-, 3-, 4-, 5- bedroom units)
  • Sinajana (1- 2-, 3- and 4- bedroom units)
  • Agana Heights (2-, 3- and 4-bedroom units)
  • Asan (2-, 3- and 4- bedroom units)

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

• 1 Person $42,700 | 5 Persons $65,900
• 2 Persons $48,000 | 6 Persons $70,800
• 3 Persons $54,900 | 7 Persons $75,650
• 4 Persons $61,000 | 8 Persons $80,550

This waiting list had the following preferences: 

• Displaced by fire or natural disaster
• Victims of domestic violence
• Veterans
• Working 20 hours or more, or unable to work due to age or disability
• Working less than 20 hours, job training or education
• Homeless due to government action

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
