The Albia Housing Agency (AHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The AHA offers one Public Housing community with 40 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.To apply, visit the AHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 120 A St. S, Albia, IA 52531, from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm CT on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-applications: Birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.No preferences were noted.For more information, the AHA can be reached by calling (641) 932-7859, from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
