Clarinda Low Rent Housing Agency Public Housing Waiting List

The Clarinda Low Rent Housing Agency (CLRHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled households.Please note: The CLRHA does not offer a Public Housing program for families.The CLRHA offers one Public Housing community with 74 units for senior/disabled households.There are two ways to apply: 

1. Visit the CLRHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 402 W Willow St., Clarinda, IA 51632, during normal office.
2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling 712-542-2912 during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, Birth Certificates, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The CLRHA does not have a preference. Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, the CLRHA can be reached by calling (712) 542-2912 during normal office hours.
