Public Housing Waiting List

The Corning Housing Commission (CHC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled individuals.
Please note: The CHC does not offer a Public Housing program for families.
The CHC offers one Public Housing community with 47 units for senior/disabled individuals.
To apply, visit the the CHC to submit a pre-application in person, located at 1125 Westgate Dr., Corning, IA 50841 during normal office hours.
Be sure to bring a photo ID with you when applying.
The CHC does not have a preference. 
Qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the date and time the pre-application is received.

Applicants who need help completing the application due to disability can make a reasonable accommodation request to the housing authority via (641)322-4098.
