Fort Dodge Municipal Housing Agency Public Housing Waiting List

The Fort Dodge Municipal Housing Authority (FDMHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The FDMHA offers one Public Housing community with 165 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the FDMHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 700 South 17th Street, Fort Dodge, IA 50501, during normal office hours.
2. Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above during normal office hours.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, Birth Certificates, and photo IDs for all adult household members.No preferences were noted.For more information, visit the FDMHA website, or call the office at (515) 573-7751 from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Thursday, and on Fridays 8:00 am until 4:00 pm CT.
