New Homestead Low Rent Housing Agency of Sioux Center Public Housing Waiting List

The New Homestead Low Rent Housing Agency of Sioux Center (NHLRHASC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The NHLRHASC offers three Public Housing communities with 71 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the NHLRHASC to pick up a pre-application, located at 510 N Meadow Drive, Sioux Center, IA 51250, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
2. Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.

Once the pre-applicaton has been completed, please call the office to schedule an appointment.
