Low Rent Housing Agency of Bancroft Public Housing Waiting List

The Low Rent Housing Agency of Bancroft (LRHAB) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.

There are two ways to apply: 

1. Visit the LRHAB to pick up a pre-application, located at 539 E Ramsey Street, Bancroft, IA 50517 during normal office hours.
2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (515) 295-2927 during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.

Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Copy of Birth Certificate, Social security card/s, and ID.
