Muscatine Municipal Housing Agency Public Housing Waiting List

The Muscatine Municipal Housing Agency (MMHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The MMHA offers two Public Housing communities with 150 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the MMHA to pick up a pre-application, located at City Hall – 215 Sycamore Street - Muscatine, IA 52761 during normal office hours.
2. Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.No preferences were noted.For more information, visit the MMHA website, or call the office at (563) 264-1554 during normal office hours.
