Ottumwa Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Ottumwa Housing Commission (OHC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The OHC offers three Public Housing communities with 359 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the OHC to pick up a pre-application, located at 935 W Main St., Ottumwa, IA 52501, during normal office hours.
2. Request that a pre-application be mailed to you by calling (641) 682-8369 during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time.The OHC does not have a preference. Qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, call the OHC office at (641) 682-8369 during normal office hours.
