To apply for public housing, visit their website at www.perrycountyhousing.org to print and complete an application. Or you can visit their office located at 120 South Walnut St., DuQoin, IL.


Once you have completed the application you must hand deliver the application to the above address, and be sure to bring original birth certificates, social security cards, and proof of income with you.
