Scott County Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Scott County Housing Authority is currently accepting public housing applications for families and elderly/disabled individuals.


To apply for public housing you can stop by the Housing Authority office located at 143 S. Walnut St., Winchester, IL 62694, or have one mailed to you by calling the office during normal business hours at 217-742-3174.


Once you have completed your application, it can be mailed or hand delivered to above address.


This Housing Authority lists the following preferences that may improve your spot on the waiting list as: elderly, or disabled.
