Housing Authority of the City of Colby Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Colby (HACC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACC offers one Public Housing community with 112 units for families and senior/disabled individuals, ranging in size from studio's to 3 bedrooms.There are three ways to apply:

1. Visit the HACC to pick up a pre-application, located at 600 S. Mission Ridge Avenue, Colby, KS 67701, from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm CDT, and from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
2. Request to have an application mailed or emailed to you by calling 785-460-6763, from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm, and from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
3. Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm, and from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards; birth certificates; photo IDs for all adult household members; proof of all income; Social Security benefit award letter; most recent tax return with W-2 and 1099's; if attending college you must provide your college schedule, signed financial aid award letter, and request parent form.No preferences were noted.For more information, visit the HACC website, or call the office at (785) 460-6763, from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm, and from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
