Neodesha Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Neodesha Housing Authority (NHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The NHA offers one Public Housing community with 59 units for families and senior/disabled individuals, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the NHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 118 South 6th Street, Neodesha, KS 66757, from 9:30 am until 3:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
2. Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed to PO Box 185, Neodesha, KS 66757, or hand delivered to the address listed above, from 9:30 am until 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, birth certificates, proof of all income, bank statements, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The NHA does have a preference for: Elderly, disabled, or employed at least 30 hours a week.For more information, visit the NHA website, or by calling (620) 325-2440 during normal office hours.
