Osborne Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Osborne Housing Authority (OHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.Please note: The OHA has a maximum occupancy of four people for the two bedroom units.The OHA offers one Public Housing community with 39 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the OHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 200 E Vermont Street, Osborne, KS 67473, during normal office hours.
2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (785) 346-2727 during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include copies of these documents with the pre-application: Photo IDs for all adult household members, proof of all income, Social Security Cards, and birth certificates.The OHA does not have a preference.Qualified applicants are placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, the OHA can be reached by calling (785) 346-2727 during normal office hours.
