Phillipsburg Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Phillipsburg Housing Authority (PHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.Please note: The PHA only has one and two bedroom units. The maximum occupancy is four people for the two bedroom units.The PHA offers one Public Housing community with 41 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the PHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 302 West F St., Phillipsburg, KS 67661, during normal office hours.
2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (785) 543-5921 during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time.The PHA does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, the PHA can be reached by calling (785) 543-5921 during normal office hours.
