Public Housing Waiting List

The Winfield Housing Authority (WHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.
The WHA offers one Public Housing community with 50 units for families and senior/disabled individuals, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.
There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the WHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 1417 Pine Terrace, KS 67156, during normal office hours.
2. Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above, or emailed to [email protected]. 
No documents are needed at this time.
The WHA does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: Elderly, disabled, working, or displaced by a federally declared disaster.
