Housing Authority of Columbia Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Columbia (HAC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HAC offers one Public Housing community with 82 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 4 bedrooms.To apply, visit the HAC to pick up a pre-application, located at 922 Carrie Bolin Dr, Columbia, KY 42728, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.Once the pre-application has been completed, you must call the HAC at (270) 384-2271 to schedule an appointment to return the pre-application.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social SecurityCards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
